The alcohol in this wine has been carefully removed to preserve the fruity aromas and vibrant flavours. Pear & mandarin come to the fore accompanied by hints of orange blossom & honeysuckle. Best enjoyed with flavoursome canapés and served well chilled. Grapes grown in lime-rich soil, like ours, produce elegant sparkling wine with finesse.
