INGREDIENTS
150ml Robertson cabernet sauvignon
Fresh strawberries
Slices of Apples (green)
Slices of Oranges
Fresh limes
1 tablespoon of White sugar
150ml Soda water
50ml Strawberry flavoured gin
METHOD
In a clean chilled glass, gently muddle the white sugar with strawberries, limes, and orange slices and fill up the glass ½ way with ice cubes. Pour the gin and the wine over the I’ve respectively, then lastly pour the soda water and give it a smooth stir. Garnish with apple slices and strawberries
