Sunrise Mimosa with Robertson Sparking White Sweet Wine

INGREDIENTS

150ml Robertson sparking White sweet

25ml Peach liquor (archers)

25ml Strawberry syrup

100ml Orange juice

METHOD

In a clean chilled glass, pour Peach liquor and Strawberry syrup. Give it a gentle stir. Fill up the class ½  way with ice cubes. Gently pour the chilled sparkling wine over the ice and follow it up with the orange juice. Give it a gentle stir without distributing the red layer of Strawberry syrup and Peach liquor at the bottom. Garnish with an orange wheel and serve.
